Her leadership style blends strategy with empathy. Having built her career in logistics, sales, and franchise growth, Courtney knows what it takes to scale under pressure. At OmniChrono, she equips business owners with systems, financial clarity, and team structures that replace burnout with balance.
Courtney also co-leads the Local Business Academy with Dr. Brad Icetch, where she empowers founders to move beyond guesswork and into measurable, legacy-driven growth.
